  1. Use break times wisely, get away from the phone, the computer and enjoy a few moments of quiet time to refresh.

  1. Don’t expect perfection of yourself with your diet or exercise routine, but remember that if you don’t take care of yourself…no one else will!

Planning is key. Purchase those healthy snacks, eat smaller meals more often and don’t cross that workout from your day-planner. Following these simple tips will avoid those “capital gains”, and you may even get a fitness “stimulus package” instead in the form of improved health, stamina and lower stress!
