It’s Not Your Fault, Really!

Have you ever tried to get in better shape before…

but failed after a matter of weeks…

and quite possibly ended up even heavier than before you started?

I have a feeling it wasn’t your fault.

What do I mean?

Well I mean it’s not your fault that you failed with your efforts
to get in better shape.

It was the fault of the approach you used.

With all the marketing hype, outright deception, and total
confusion, how are you supposed to know what really works.

I’ll tell you what, it’s not that hard. So many people try to make
fitness out to be some complexed phenomenon.

Any successful fitness program will always involve 3 components.
I’ll tell you what those components are.

1. A Concern For Muscle & Metabolism
2. Supportive Eating Habits
3. Ample Cardio Training

Their importance is in that order. Any program that tries to get
away without including “any” of those 3 components is a faulty
approach - in other words it won’t work - for anyone.

So many people I meet with are just confused, they don’t know what
the best approach is, or sometimes their just not motivated to get
going and keep going.
