What Does A Pumpkin Have To Do With Fitness?
Saturday, May 3rd, 2008I’ll tell you what a pumpkin has to do with fitness.
It’s a weight, and you can use it to exercise.
A workout doesn’t have to be some complicated routine, it doesn’t
even have to be an hour, a half hour, or twenty minutes.
Try 10 minutes, that’s about how long it will take to get through
the workout in my Pumpkin Workout Manual. Try it out, I’m sure
you’ll enjoy it.
