Why Do You Eat?
Sunday, May 4th, 2008Can I just ask you, why do you eat?
For survival?
For fun?
Because your bored?
Because the clock says it’s time?
Or do you eat to help you reach your fitness goal?
Whenever you are faced with a choice to eat, just ask yourself what
is your purpose for eating at that time. With every bite you eat
ask, “will this bite help me reach my goal.”
Then just make sure that everything you put in your mouth will help
you progress toward your goal.
