Here’s a quick example of how easy getting in a quick and effective workout can be.

This is certainly only a small sample of all the exercises you can possibly do at a playground. There are quite certain hundreds of exercises you can do with just the playground equipment and your body.

Take these same principles and use them at home. With your furniture, garage equipment, whatever. Workouts don’t have to be on a treadmill, or at a gym to be “a workout”. They can be in your backyard, or wherever you want. Push-ups and squats in front of your TV is a workout.

The main point, have fun during your workout, or you probably won’t work out.
