Spokane eating and more eating (how to recover)…

I hope you had a great Christmas and time with your family.

I sure did.

Lots of fun and lots of eating, (healthy of course), or not.

Maybe a cookie or two, probably more than I needed. But that
was it. I went right back to eating right and exercising the
day after.

I want to share with you a great gift idea. A while back I came
up he great idea that most people like to be in control with the
TV Remote.

So here’s what I did, I photocopied the front of the remote control,
cut it out, taped it to a piece of fabric. Sewed the edges of two
pieces of fabric together, and stuffed it with cotton on the inside.

It was a hit with my family, and I have to admit a brilliant gift
idea - a stuffed remote control! I should patent the idea.

Now what does this all have to do with fitness?

Well, regardless of how you did during the last week and how you
plan on doing (as far as eating and exercising) for the next week.
What’s more important is that you get back on track with a vengence
to succeed.

And with Jan rolling around already this week, what better time to
dedicate or re-dedicate yourself to achieving your best body possible.

It’s not 2 weeks out of the year that determine your fitness level, it’s
the other 50. Starting this Thur.
