In between working out with Zach Hunt at Physzique Personal Training, spend time playing with your kids. Go to Tubb’s hill and walk one of the well kept paths making sure to take a break and swim at one of the beaches on Tubb’s Hill. Try to keep your pace up so you really get your heart and legs pumping. Then skip along Mudgy Moose’s path to the Coeur d’Alene Library and brows the kids section. Once you have found some books that will build your kids mental strength, stroll down Sherman Avenue to see the next Mudgy and Millie statue until you come to City Park. Yes people will laugh at you skipping down the street with your kids, but your kids will be laughing WITH you and building great memories! Then play with your kids! While most parents will just sit around letting their kids burn off energy, you should JOIN your kids! You’d be amazed at the workout you can get. Once the kids are done at the park, stroll to Independence Point to see the 5th and final Mudgy and Millie statue.
